Exoprise is profitable, growing and looking for exceptional Sales Development Representatives who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling discovery meetings to generate customer demand and uncover qualified sales pipeline within targeted accounts.

The Role

  • Identify key prospects based on target personas within our target global 2000 accounts.
  • Connect and engage with prospects through cold call, email and social media.
  • Uncover prospect’s business pains and determine how Exoprise can be of value.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives to facilitate business discussions.
  • Collaborate with your peers and virtual teams to develop account strategies.
  • Qualify and disqualify all marketing-sourced leads within specific time frames.
  • Effectively follow internal processes to track, manage, and log all activities in


  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a technology company, preferably over the phone
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible
  • The ability to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude with the desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • BA/BS degree- preferably in Business and/or Technology
